"Great family hotel if you have kids. Rooms are basic and breakfast was OK but nothing great. BUT our kids loved the waterpark and it was so convenient that it was attached to our hotel. We alao ordered pizza and wings after or waterpark day to our room and that was GREAT FOOD! "

"The property was adequate. I felt like the management company could have done a better job. They gave us 2 sets of towels for 2 people for 6 nights. Very stingy. Used to having bathrooms stocked. There was no windex, basic cleaning supplies. There was a sign in the master bathroom that said they "stocked it with amenities". There was NOTHING In the bathroom besides some old mens shampoo in the shower. No kleenex. Don't post a sign if there is absolutely nothing there. No small packet of detergent for one wash (despite the fact they wanted to only give us one towel for 6 days). There was really no focus on the guests. I spent over 1000 for 6 nights and the management company could have spent 15 to make our stay better. Sadly, I think this is the only management company in Rapid City."
