However, you can see your vehicle from the unit windows when parked on Spring Ave in front of the building. We can be physically available at the property within 15 minutes depending on the situation and availability. Otherwise, we are available 24/7 via call, text, or Vrbo messenger. It is strongly recommended to purchase Vrbos travel insurance when booking a stay during months where unpredictable weather may cause difficulties in travel which could result in not making it to your reserved location. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide full refunds for missed trips. This apartment building is located in the historic district. It is an older building that does not have an elevator. Based on its age, the floors are also uneven so please be mindful of that when booking this property. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this. Want to check in early or checkout late? We have an early check in fee of $25 when check in is requested prior to 2pm. We have a late checkout fee when checkout is requested by 11am. This property is located in downtown. You will see things of the downtown nature because this property is downtown. If you feel unsafe at all during your stay please call 911 and report it immediately. You will NOT be refunded if you choose to vacate the property based on neighborhood surroundings. The building is secured, has cameras on the front and back of the building and your unit door is secured also. We've been traveling from Seattle and staying in hotels, so we thought we'd try this place for a change and it was perfect. It gave my son a chance to have some privacy and I was able to sit and enjoy myself on the sofa and watch t.v. Nice to have a good cup of coffee as well. It was very loud! Loved that they provided earplugs though! There was a man smoking weed a couple times at the house next door and it smelled and made us slightly uncomfortable to walk at night. There was a ton of thought out cute things for the shower and snacks, etc. we overall enjoyed our stay! It was clean other than some of the dishes had to be rewashed before use. ##### Audrey R. Close to downtown, was able to walk downtown for summer concert, it was great! The hosts are communicative and very friendly. We appreciated that we could both work remotely from this apartment since there is a desk and a large table.
