Semi-detached house adjoining two other gîtes. Living room (TV) with kitchenette. Dishwasher. Bedroom 1 (1 double bed). Shower room with toilet. On the first floor: bedroom 2 (2 single beds), mezzanine with 1 single bed. Electric heating included. Bed linen for hire. Household linen for hire. Cleaning service available for an additional fee, charged by the hour. Wi-Fi internet access. Baby equipment available on request. Private, unfenced grounds. Two shared barbecues available and individual barbecues available on request and subject to availability. Garden furniture. Shared barbecue. Parking. Shared playground. Laundry service available on request on site (€18 flat rate for 1 wash and 1 dry). Just 600m from the beach, the sea and the tides will set the rhythm of your stay! #### un peu déçu

Nous avons apprécié la région et Siouville mais le gîtes est mal entretenu, et les équipements, état des lieux d'entrée est fait à la vas vite sans les locataires, vaisselles sales, hotte non nettoyée traces de gras et odeur d'égout dans tout le logement obligé de fermer toutes les évacuations. Aussi non les autres équipements sont bien literie, télévision (un peu petite pour le logement et mal placée, accrochée au mur comme dans un hôtel en face du canapé aurait été plus agréable), canapé confortable.Mais emplacement calme et agréable. Le logement est bien mais devrait être mieux entretenu.
