"Amazing, wonderful staff. While the hotel is “vintage” and there are stairs to walk up or down, it is comfortable and charming. They upgraded us and we actually had an adjoining living room. Again, the staff were fluent in English and genuinely helpful."

"This resort is a gem. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the infinity pool was stunning and so clean and the breakfast that was included was delicious. Our hotel room was really cool with a nice outdoor patio to relax on with a view of one of the Sintra castles. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent hotel in a very romantic and mysterious city in Portugal. The location was perfect — close to all the action, with easy access to the main castles, restaurants and everything we wanted to see. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable and had a lot of character. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay and were always available when we needed anything. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A great hotel in an unforgettable city!"
