L’Ancora has two apartments that are equipped with self-catering facilities, a flat screen and free WIFI. The apartments, newly built in 2019, have a modern bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher. The apartments consist of 2 floors on the second and third floor of the building located on Havenplein. The modern spacious bedroom is located on the top floor. From both apartments there is a beautiful view of the most bustling part of the village. A modern supermarket, the shopping street of the village, a weekly market, the marina, the “Strandje”, which is lively in summer weather, and a spacious playground are all within a few hundred meters of L ’Ancora. From spring to autumn there is the possibility of renting spacious sailing boats from a professional sailing yacht rental company in the marina, or taking a boat trip on the Oosterschelde, possibly with a trip to the old tourist town of Zierikzee. Directly at the village there are beautiful cycling and walking possibilities on the easily accessible walking and cycling paths. These will take you through the typical Zeeland polders and directly past the picturesque area of the Oosterschelde, with the tides providing new pictures of the salt marshes every day. The tours are well signposted and you can easily adapt to your wishes. A round of Island Tholen of more than 50 kilometers, often along the water, is recommended. Het verblijf in het appartement was prima. Mooi ruim verblijf, dat stijlvol is ingericht. Ook het keukentje is van alle gemakken voorzien, er ontbreekt werkelijk niets. Badkamer erg netjes. Men moet wel trap kunnen lopen, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Informatie over de omgeving in overvloed aanwezig. Ook de door ons meegebrachte fietsen konden onderdak gestald worden. (Er zijn zelfs twee fietsen te huur) Er is een grote supermarkt op loopafstand. Aardige eigenaren, waarvan de gastvrouw ons vriendelijk ontving. Beim Betreten spürt man die liebevolle Einrichtung und die durchdachte Gestaltung der Räumlichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch äußerst komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und man befindet sich am Hafen und am Strand. Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche über das moderne Badezimmer bis hin zu den bequemen Betten – hier wurde an alles gedacht, um den Gästen einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und sorgte dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, was den Gesamteindruck nur noch positiver machte. Alles in allem können wir diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. ##### Willi L. Sie hatte und vorher geschrieben, wann wir ankommen und hat dann auf uns gewartet. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber gewesen und hatte alles was wir für die eine Woche gebraucht haben. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll dezent und das Schlafzimmer oben super gemütlich gewesen. Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral in Sint Annaland und hat gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Uiterst net en verzorgd appartement die alles bevat wat je nodig hebt. De opgemaakte bedden en aanwezigheid van handdoeken zijn een meerwaarde, evenals de eindschoonmaak die in de prijs vervat is. Sehr schöne, saubere und super ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir sind sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen worden und auch die Kommunikation vorab und während des Aufenthalts lief bestens. Schönes kleines Dorf, das sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren eignet. Fahrräder können sicher und einfach in einem abgeschlossenen Raum untergebracht werden. Der Empfang durch Jolita war herzlich. Es war trotz des vielen Regens während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gemütlich und man konnte voll Vorfreude in die schöne,geheizte Wohnung zurückkommen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist in 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Ein leckeres Abendessen konnte man sich auch ganz in der Nähe schmecken lassen. ##### Barbara G. Die Wohung hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Man ist schnell am Strand aber hat auch möglichkeiten für einen Einkauf. Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen ##### Jan W. Wir wurden persönlich bei Anreise empfangen und man hat uns kurz alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Die Ausstattung würde ich als gehoben bezeichnen und auch die Küchenutensilien sind sehr brauchbar. Eine Kaffemaschine (Filter und Dolce Gusto inkl. Kapseln! 🙂) standen zur Verfügung und auch eine kleine Flasche Wein wurde bereit gestellt, so dass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Leider war das Wetter sehr stürmisch und verregnet, so dass wir uns einfach ein paar Städte in der Nähe angesehen haben. Bei schönem Wetter ist die Gegend wirklich traumhaft schön. Hervorzuheben ist auch der direkt gegenüberliegende Supermarkt (Jumbo), der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und wünschen allen zukünftigen Gästen eine tolle Zeit in Sint Annaland! 👍 ##### Thomas M.
