un groupe de clim, sur le balcon, qui émet des vibrations à chaque redémarrage et qui résonne dans la chambre...une TV des années...avec démodulateur et de dimensions frôlant les 20' à tout casser sur un support dangereux pour les têtes. Une salle d'eau avec un cumulus débranché, les ampoules d'éclairage au dessus du lavabo carrément retirées, une lunette de WC un peu baladeuse...un petit déjeuner vraiment petit avec choix limité. je m'arrêterais là mais pour moi la troisième étoile brille plutôt par son absence...

Struttura sita in zona molto tranquilla lontana dal caos ma allo stesso tempo a breve distanza da tutto ciò che serve. Personale molto cortese e sempre pronto a dare tutte le indicazioni per visitare calette e spiagge più suggestive della zona. Ambiente molto familiare e molto pulito. Un grazie a tutto lo staff.

Struttura semplice ma con tutto il necessario per trovarsi a proprio agio, ovviamente è necessaria l’auto per gli spostamenti perchè le spiagge non sono comode da raggiungere a piedi. Il gestore è molto disponibile e cordiale, infatti ci siamo mossi seguando i suoi consigli e non ha sabgliato un colpo. Colazione soddisfacente con prodotti dolci e salati; camere sempre pulite, qualità prezzo top Ci tornerei

Semplicità

Location perfetta per raggiungere in poco tempo località come San Teodoro e Orosei. Budoni una stupenda scoperta a pochi km. Tranquillissimo hotel e l’anno prossimo offrirà anche ristorante e pizzeria.

Empfang: Warte Zeiten sind einzuplanen. Nach Rund 15-20 Minuten ist Mal jemand erschienen. (Anruf auf der ausgeschliederten Rufnummer ist erfolgt. Jedoch ohne Erfolg. Das Mobiltelefon lag fast vor uns.) Hotel: SEHR STARK in die Jahre gekommen Zimmer: Altmodisches Zimmer und unangenehm riechend und unsauberes Frühstück: gemäß Beschreibung: [Inbegriffenes Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen und kalten Speisen.] Zu 99% NICHT ZUTREFFEND. minimalistisches Frühstück. (Zwieback und Marmelade) keine Butter, kein Joghurt, kein Käse, keine Wurst.

Siamo 2 coppie di amici che hanno soggiornato presso l'hotel velasole dall'8 al 10 settembre. Abbiamo trovato una nuova gestione: un ragazzo ed una ragazza disponibili e simpatici. La struttura è curata e pulita.

Cheap hotel with breakfast

The room was ok and clean but there was one towel hanging beside the bed from the people which stayed in the hotel before us. The breakfast was ok but we had to waiit 15min for it because it was not prepared at 8 o clock.

Pulizia e cordialità.

Abbiamo pernottato per una settimana presso questo piccolo hotel. Nella scelta ci siamo lasciati condizionare dai giudizi espressi sul web, non abbiamo sbagliato. L'albergo è situato nella quiete più assoluta seppure a pochissimi km dalle spiagge, locali, ristoranti ...ma le cose che ci hanno soddisfatto di più sono state l'eccellente pulizia delle camere e la cordialità della giovane coppia che gestisce l'Hotel/ristorante, e se ciò non bastasse c'è anche un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

hôtel sans intérêt et décevant

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel avant notre départ pour sa situation, non loin d'Olbia et permettant de visiter le golfe d'Orosei. Cet établissement, perdu dans la campagne, ne permet pas au GPS de trouver sa situation (localité impossible à situer). Loin de tout, un véhicule est indispensable. Quand nous avons pris notre chambre, le ménage avait été fait de manière sommaire : moutons sous le lit et tâches suspectes dans la cuvette des toilettes démontrant un ménage très superficiel). La wifi n'est accessible que dans le hall d'entrée et pas dans les chambres. Quant au sempiternel petit déjeuner, insipide et se résumant au petit croissant décongelé déjà posé dans l'assiette et que des denrées de supermarché de premier prix, pas un fruit, un plat de jambon et de fromage sans goût. Avec un jardin et des tables installées, impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors!tables installées dans la salle devant être éclairée...seul point positif, la clim (si la femme de ménage ne la coupe pas). A 60€, supportable pas à 130! nous ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel.
