Good food and location. Hotel needs work!
Air conditioning was poor. At its lowest setting, it struggled to restrict temperatures below 23C. Reception were rude:abrupt when this was feedback to them.

Not on your bucket list
Staff especially office management is quite kind and accommodating. The hotel is not really on the ocean. The town it is located in in a small pour town. Very few people speak any English fir Englush speaking travelers. The air conditioner did not cool the room. The town was loud late at night. We were desperately trying to get out if thus location.

Insgesamt war das Hotel gut. Ein kleines Manko war die recht kleine Dusche und der Duschkopf ist an der Wand installiert. Ich mag es lieber den Duschkopf in die Hand nehmen zu können. Und es war recht dunkel im Badezimmer. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung gut. Schön war der Shuttleservice zum Strand. Aber diesen kann man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ruhige Straße, aber nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt waren viele Restaurants, Bars, Eisdielen und ein Supermarkt. Erwähnenswert sollte noch sein, das es von 15-23 Uhr ein Animations- und Unterhaltungsprogramm gab. Das heißt, in dieser Zeit hatte man viel laute Musik um sich herum und auf meinem Zimmer war es auch immer zu hören. Mag auch nicht jeder. Aber insgesamt war es schon recht schön.

A 700 metri dal mare
Personale gentile sia alla reception che in sala ristorante. Animazione più che ottima. Un grazie a tutti gli animatori per averci fatto sorridere con il loro cabaret serale. L unica pecca il pesce un po' scadente. E poca scelta negli antipasti. Per tutto il resto lo consiglierei assolutamente. Un mare meraviglioso e una lunga spiaggia.

Worst ever!!!
Det var helt forfærdeligt. Nedslidt. Dårlig stemning. Det hele var tilrettelagt på italiensk, og for børnefamilier. “Mad-centralen” var forfærdelig. Det var rigtig dårligt, at det “italienske-underholdnings-koncept” ikke stod beskrevet på siden om hotellet, så man kunne have valgt det fra, når man ikke taler italiensk.

nice hotel for families
It is a nice Hotel, especially for families with small children. The animation is mostly designed for children. The garden and the pool area are wonderful and well cared for. We enjoyed the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas very much. Unfortunately there were neither toilelts nor showers. The food was okay and for one week there were different dishes. But later we had the impression there were less variation. But the atmosphere in the dining room was absolutly hectic and loud. The first days, when there were less people, was okay, you could at least talk to your partner in a normal voice. The team was very friendly and caring..

Moooolto bene
Perfetta location per vacanze con famiglia. Ci Siamo trovati benissimo, hotel pulito, staff cordialissimo, animatori simpatico, spiaggia molto bella a 10 minuti a piedi o con servizio trenino ogni mezz ora. Buffet nella norma, ci si abbuffa, ma senza aspettare top quality. Unica nota negative, tv un po'piccola in camera, dal letto non si vede praticamente, ed essendoci stato durante gli europei, mi faceva piacere vedere le partite, ma solo se si vuole trovare un difetto. Raccomandatissimo.

Lovely place with good food
I really liked the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was plenty of choice and lunch and dinner weren't the same every day. Also the room was really nicely decorated and tidy. I liked also the atmosphere of the hotel and that the staff in the reception could speak good english. Something that I did not like was the really small shower witch made showering little bit uncomfortable because the shower curtain was all over my skin. Also I could easily hear the noices that came to the room from the outside. My balcony was straight at the poolside.

Dieses Hotel ist in keiner Hinsicht ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Begrüssng welche wir erhalten haben war ein 'no parking', kein Hallo, kein xherzlich Willkommen, nichts in dieser Art. Als wir etwas zu trinken bestellen wollten (weil die Minibar leer war), hiess es, dass geschlossen sei (obwohl in xder Menükarte 7x24 stand). Wir hatte einen riesen grossen Balkon, jedoch mit nur einem kleinen Tisch und Stühlen. Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich toll. Die Duschkabinen Türen sind fast abgefallen und die Betten waren ziemlich hart. Der Strand (mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten entfernt) war ok. Liegen & Sonnenschirme zu freien Benutzung. Im Grossen und Ganzen waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht & würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ho soggiornato dall'8 al 15 agosto Hotel ben tenuto nelle parti comuni (reception e bar) ad eccezione della piscina.... Sdraio rotte e piscina sporca !!!! Tutto lo staff molto gentile e disponibile (reception, bar, camerieri, ecc). Un applauso per i camerieri del ristorante !! Si fanno in 4 per sistemare i tavoli per il TURNO successivo!! Si avete capito ... TURNO .... Xchè è di quello che si tratta !!! A pranzo e cena chi prima arriva meglio alloggia!!! Cosa inaccettabile in un 4 stelle!!! Così come il trenino per la spiaggia !!! Ho assistito a scene pietose tipo "assalto alla diligenza".

Bella vacanza con qualcosa da migliorare
Hotel ben organizzato in pieno centro, i pasti abbondanti e vari con il personale del ristorante e bar super gentili, veloci e sempre pronti ad accontentarci, GRAZIE AL CAPOSALA, un signore!!!grazie per la compagnia ai ragazzi dell'animazione!!!Lati negativi: la tenda per la doccia, nel 2015 in un 4 stelle non si può vedere;i lettini in piscina vecchissimi e difettosi; ricevimento poco professionale con qualcuno del personale polemico e poco disponibile a risolvere i problemi degli ospiti, e per ultimo, non esiste un 4 stelle che non abbia 1 sola camera di cortesia per poterti appoggiare il gg della partenza dato che lasci la camera alle 10 e hai il pranzo incluso.

Strandnahes Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen
Das Hotel ist modern und sehr gepflegt und auch die Außenanlage schön gestaltet. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und der hoteleigene Strandabschnitt flachabfallend mit glasklarem Wasser. Die Küche ist landestypisch und auf hohem Niveau. Lediglich der Speisesaal hat eine schlechte Akustik und hier geht es doch ziemlich laut zu. An der Rezeption ist man sehr freundlich, eine Mitarbeiterin sprach sogar akzentfrei deutsch, was hilfreich war.

Kan nog vara ok om man får rum med balkong/uteplats,vI fick ett av få rum utan. Endast ett litet fönster högt upp. Man fick en instängd känsla. Dålig funktion på luftkonditionerigen. Maten var buffé och riktigt god men matsalen var kaotisk. Man åt nere i en källare med hög ljudvolym och fick köa till maten. OK pool.
