This beautiful and cosy house consists of one floor and a mezzanine. On the ground floor is the kitchen with the living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The second room for the third guest is located in the mezzanine. Precious outdoor area, with terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and comfortable garden furniture so that they can enjoy the good weather characteristic of Mallorca. There is an air conditioning unit in the kitchen - living room. The house operates with solar panels. Perfect location to reach any corner of the island. IMPORTANT: \- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform. \- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
