Housing The restored and modernly furnished holiday home is located only about 100 meters from the village center of Sineus. You can quickly reach the village center on foot where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a sports center with a cycle path, tennis and football courts and an adjoining restaurant nearby.Of course, the house and the swimming pool are at your disposal for your exclusive use.The house is equipped with 2 double bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped open kitchen, a large living room with a dining room for 4 people (also with air conditioning) and a garage with a bicycle workshop. The house is bright and welcoming and also meets the highest standards in terms of comfort and equipment. The house is equipped with all types of towels, for the kitchen, bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. The swimming pool in front of the house offers enough space to relax, whether in the shade or in the sun. Here you can simply relax. An ideal place to spend your vacation in a village environment. Man ist direkt in der Stadt und in 5 min am Marktplatz, in der Eisdiele oder im Restaurants. Wer Ruhe erwartet muss aufs Land, hier ist man mittendrin, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Aussenbereich ist wirklich traumhaft schön angelegt. Ausstattung außen ist top!!! Im Innenbereichen finden sich alle notwendigen Gegenstände, Fenster und Türen sind etwas schwer zu öffnen und schließen aber nach ein bisschen Übung bekommt man es gut hin. Das Haus liegt super zentral wie die Stadt selbst auch. Besonders zu erwähnen ist noch der sehr nette Empfang mit Gebäck, ein kompletten Korb frischem Obst, Wasser und Wein - genial!!!
