- La Vista Beach Resort is located on the Dutch side of St. Maarten in the Pelican Key Estates area of Simpson Bay. It is an enchanting family owned and managed timeshare resort with great amenities and friendly, personalized service. The resort has two pools, and an ocean view restaurant and bar on site. There is daily maid service (towels & trash) with a complete cleaning of the unit mid week of your stay. The condo is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, water sports, casinos, grocery stores, and other beaches and is only a short drive from Princess Juliana airport.
This central air-conditioned vacation home has a spacious living area that offers an entertainment center with Flat screen TV, comfortable seating, a queen size sleeper sofa, a dining table for 6, an eat at bar and fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. The master suite has its own private bath, a king size bed, Flat screen TV and private entrance. The second bedroom has 2-twin beds, Flat screen TV and its own entrance to the 2nd bath. From your porch you’ll see the pool, the beach and one of the most beautiful views found on SXM.
So this November enjoy eating lobster and watching tropical sunsets over the glistening crystal blue waters of the Caribbean.
This is a timeshare unit so the only available time is Nov 24-Nov 30, 2026. Please note there will be a $50 tax owed at the end of your stay that you will pay when you check-out. Sorry no pets.
