"Unfortunately the ac seems not cold enough"

"Always a great place to stay"

"Good"

"We stayed at Kyu Arum for 10 days. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The amenities were quaint and the food was good. We would definitely come back to Kyu Arum."

"Several restaurants nearby. "

"Was well above my expectations. Staff was exceptional, overall facilities (room, bed, restaurants, etc) were also very good"

"Stunning gardens surround the rooms. A little slice of paradise just outside the city."

"Very comfortable room with good aircon, a little bit far to walk all the time but city center is around a 20 minute walk. Staff are very kind and helpful."

"Comfortable room "

"the property is very quiet and very private. it was perfect for just relaxing and much needed break"

"員工其實都不錯，挺主動幫忙。每天都有要求更換床單，但每天更換的床單都還是會有髒汙的地方。房間整體算乾淨，但提供瓶裝水只有兩罐200ML，有點小。早餐其實選擇性不多，水果不甜，但也是有好吃的餐點，咖啡常有咖啡渣，茶的味道花香太濃，牛奶在平常日不會提供。"

"The quality of the food is poor... No alcoholic beverage. No in house spa or massage.."

"room is clean. tolet is wide and clean. swiming pool is good for children and family. very calm and clean."

"Helpful staff; comfortable rooms"

"The hotel was very nice and the staff was very courteous and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future."
