Gîte Ballore and its beautiful pool in Provence, between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille

Domaine Ballore is located in the heart of nature on the hills above Simiane-Collongue, at the foot of the Pilon du Roi, halfway between Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, and Aubagne. On the ground floor of the owners' country house, the Ballore gîte is accessible via a few steps and a balcony. It comprises: - a living room with a round table and four chairs, a sofa, a coffee table, a pouf, a flat-screen TV, and French doors opening onto the balcony; - a kitchen with a high table and bar stools. Equipped with a large refrigerator, separate freezer, 3 induction hobs, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave - two bedrooms: 1 with a 140x190cm bed and large wall cupboards; 1 with a 140x190cm bed + 1 80x190cm bed and cupboard in the hallway; 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity unit, private washing machine; - separate WC. The terrace is in front of the cottage and has an electric griddle, garden furniture and sun loungers. The multi-hectare estate is accessible to guests, as is its large 16x8m shared swimming pool (1 to 2.5m deep), open from May to September, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The communal areas (15x3.5m pétanque court, orchard, ping-pong table, swimming pool) are shared with the owners and two studios. Private parking is available on the property in front of the apartment. A municipal educational farm is 500m away, and hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the apartment. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
