Room was dirty; need to clean more thoroughly. Shower was leaking. No elevator. Free parking advertised, but it is on the street, not on site. We had to park blocks away, then move car closer later at night when parking spaces near the hotel opened up. We were offered a pastry as if it was no charge; my wife then ate one and we were charged. A bit deceitful.

Wonderful atmosphere nice clean motel.
Throughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. Staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. Their would was absolutely wonderful. We are going back to stay for a couple of days next week. Highly recommend!!

Delightful stay
This hotel in the tiny town of Simbach am In was just supposed to be a night stopver to continue on our journey. Much to our surprise it was the delight of our whole 2 week trip. The owners were very friendly and very hard workers. They did everything to accomodate our needs .We talked with them at length and we met their family members who were also working in the hotel. The rooms were very nice with great amenities. We would definitely recommmend this place.

Nice local hotel
Very nice with rooms separate from main building. Themed rooms, mine was New York! Breakfast included and was prepared fresh continental style. Excellent for an overnight stay or longer as a base in this border town.

Comfortable stay near the border
The only thing I can tell against, that it was cold in the room when I arrived, heating wasn't turned up before my arrival. Other than that the room is spacious, has a sofa in addition to the double bed, a desk with chair, Wifi is also OK. Bed does not have a "black hole" in the middle, in perfekt shape, nice firm and comfortable.

Gammalt lite slitet hotell, enklare frukost och lite svajigt wifi. Men ägarna/personalen var helt fantastiska och förgyllde tillvaron under vår vistelse.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben auch einen sehr günstig gelegenen Parkplatz erhalten. Das Zimmer war für die eine Nacht in Ordnung allerdings fehlte ein Glas und so mussten wir direkt aus der Wasserflasche trinken.Das Abendessen war hervorragend und so preisgünstig und schmackhaft haben wir lange nicht gegessen.Die gesamte Bedienung erfolgte durch die Eigentümer, alles super.

Einzigartig netter Empfang, obwohl die Küche abends schon geschlossen war, wurde uns ein feines Essen serviert. Da ich leicht gehbehindert bin, haben wir 1 Zimmer im EG bekommen. Sehr leibenswürdige Gastbehandlung.

Nettes Kleinstadt Wirtshaus
Die Besitzer in (Personal) sind sehr nett. Unser Zimmer war relativ groß. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebenhaus im Parterre. Inklusives Frühstück okay. Parkplätze waren etwas eingeschränkt durch Bauarbeiten auf der Straße. Musste deshalb letzte Nacht auf einer öffentlichen Straße parken.

Wir sind gerne da gewesen. Frühstück nicht übermässig aber so sehr gut, ist nicht nötig immer den Überfluss zu präsentieren. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Foi excelente a estadia. Além do hotel ser muito bem localizado e confortável, a simpatia e cordialidade do proprietário é sem igual. O quarto é grande, cama macia, banheiro amplo e super limpo, sem contar com a tranquilidade e segurança do local. Todos são muito simpáticos e amigáveis, a senhora q serve o café da manhã é gentileza em pessoa. Aliás, todos são muito cordiais, estão sempre com um sorriso espontâneo no rosto. Nota 10 a tudo!

Unterkunft hatte am Heiligen Abend geöffnet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich - das ältere Ehepaar die das Hotel leiten, sind aber etwas überfordert.

Speisen in der Gastwirtschaft sind in Ordnung. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert. Beim Frühstück waren die Ränder der Gläser des Vorabends noch deutlich zu sehen. Der Fussboden wurde während unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht ein einziges Mal geputzt. Insgesamt etwas altertümlicher Charme, der durch die Untätigkeit der Putzfrau auch erhalten wird.Gebrauchte Handtücher die auf dem Boden abgelegt wurden hingen nach dem Zimmerservice wieder an dem Handtuchhaken. Die insgesamt ruhige Lage und die freundlichen Wirtsleute machen es etwas sympathischer.

Familärer Gasthof mit sehr guten Service
Trotz später Anreise hat die Chefin noch ein paar Wiener Schnitzel gezaubert. Danach noch ein paar frische Krapfen und ein Obstler- mehr geht nicht. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.
