A magnificent little corner of the countryside, calming and rejuvenating, nestled on the edge of a bucolic, tree-lined pasture where the owners' horses graze. A true haven of peace and tranquility nestled in a charming, unspoiled setting of nature and greenery, combining cultivated fields, verdant hedged meadows, and wild forests (perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides), not far from the heart of the typical village of Simard, a small Bresse market town boasting a majestic brick church with a neo-Romanesque bell tower and a multi-sports pitch. This spacious and very comfortable cottage offers a warm, rustic charm enhanced by the rich traces of its original construction (elegant brick and timber-framed walls, exposed beams, and an imposing brick fireplace).
