The unit was super clean. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with both cooking utensils, and basic necessities (salt, pepper, etc.). We loved the large hot tub.Only points to consider is there is some mold above the shower on the ceiling that should be addressed and an upstairs neighbor goes to work at 3 am each morning (and is a bit noisy going down the stairs). The person staying in the unit upstairs was very noisy each of 7 nights between the hours of 2 a.m. - 6 a.m. On the first night, he and another person sounded as though they were chopping wood. They noisily left with suitcases about 3 a.m. At 6:22 am (after I got back to sleep briefly), someone rang his doorbell. Very poor sound insulation. On other nights, the upstairs resident played TV in the middle of the night, did laundry, took showers, and otherwise carried out noisy activities. One morning, the person ran a vacuum cleaner at 6 a.m. I contacted Vacasa regarding the noise on the first night. I did not hear the chopping sounds again for five nights, and then there was the same sound in the middle of the 5th night. There were other problems. Due to road construction, it is very hard to find the driveway. On arrival, I had to turn around the block six times before finally finding the correct driveway. There is inadequate marking, especially at dusk when I arrived. It took me 3 days before I was reliably able to find the driveway on first approach. The Internet is slow. The sink disposal malfunctioned on the last day, Wednesday 9/6\. I texted Vacasa and they sent a technician named Matt. He was very prompt and polite, and he immediately solved the problem. He gladly addressed two additional issues with the TV. The condo is nicely appointed, but the noise is awful. ##### Kathleen C.
