If you're looking to get out on the water, Dillon Marina, four miles east, offers boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals during the summer. You'll be within a mile of several fantastic hiking trails in the warmer months; in the winter, you'll find four world-class ski resorts (Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, and Copper Mountain) within 15 miles. THINGS TO KNOW All shared hot tubs, pools, and clubhouses in Summit County are closed due to local rules and regulations. All hot tubs at private homes will remain open. Local policies change by the hour, so access to amenities is beyond our control. We encourage you to check local regulations before your trip to be as prepared as possible. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: There is an active security camera on the outside of the main door. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We were so happy with the Silver Queen even though it was a downsize, it still worked for us. The murphy bed was super comfy and huge.
