NEWLY RENOVATED SPACIOUS CONDO:

SLEEPS MAXIMUM 8 PEOPLE (KIDS INCLUDED) PER PERMIT. There's plenty of room to spread out for a group of friends who all want their own bed or for family and extended family or combination.

CLUBHOUSE: Indoor pool, hot tub, table tennis, pool table, lounge area.

OUR KITCHEN: You'll love our large fully equipped kitchen that will please any gourmet chef. It includes Belgium waffle maker with waffle mix and syrup supplied, an indoor grill (available upon request), panini grill, all the items needed to bake, cook, fry
OTHER AMENITIES YOU WON'T FIND ELSEWHERE: Our condo is stocked with towels, snowshoes, tennis paddles/balls, snow sleds, plenty of board games for all ages, baby gate, pack n play pen for babies/toddlers, and much more. All beds have their own phone/electronic device charging stations, including top bunks. And we've supplied charging stations in living room and kitchen as well. The kitchen table seats 6-8 guests comfortably. In each bathroom, we supply shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap and lotion, hair dryer, high grade soft toilet paper, Kleenex, and premium plush bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Our bed linens are 650 thread count sheets with luxury bed covers on our very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. We even have lap blankets for you to cuddle up in bed or on couches with. You will not be disappointed.

Main hang out area on main (lower) level: Enjoy the large bright and open living space with cathedral ceiling, ample natural light with view of woods and mountains in background- it feels very private, cottage style decor, and modern amenities. After a big day of adventure, relax in front of the wood burning fireplace and enjoy family game night or watch movies or favorite shows on the large HD flat-screen cable smart TV with free Dish Network and loads of streaming apps, or step out to your private furnished balcony to unwind with woods and mountain view.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom: King Bed with en-suite with private shower | Bedroom 2: large bunk beds each with QUEEN sized bed.

Third Floor: Private entry open Loft on 3rd floor: Queen Bed. (no door)

Bathrooms: Main level: ½ bath for easy access while in kitchen and living room. 2nd Floor: Full bathroom with soaker tub shower, and private full bath with walk in shower in master bedroom.

Laundry: Free Stacked large capacity full sized new 2019 washer and dryer located through main floor ½ bathroom in utility area. We supply free fabric softener and laundry detergent for you to use.

Amazing stay and even more amazing host

Property was just as described. Very well stocked, especially the pantry. Bedding and towels were luxury hotel quality. Not a complaint, but the overhead bulbs on the stove/range were both burned out. When visiting in the Winter months, may be difficult to access property without an AWD or 4WD vehicle. We drove in from Central Time Zone and arrived at property 55 minutes prior to stated check-in time, forgetting about the hour difference. House was ready, but the key pad was programed for the stated time. Called contact and she was able to provide us early access. We would definitely stay again.

We had a long 11 hour drive from Las Vegas to get to the property with 4 kids aged 2,10,11 and 12. We were worn out from the drive but instantly rejuvenated when we opened the door to the condo. The floor plan was perfect for our family. The condo was clean stocked with so many things we weren’t expecting. The mini ping pong table and board games were an instant hit with the kids and baby gate to keep our 2 year old grandson from climbing the stairs was a God send. We stayed busy during vacation with long days but always looked forward to returning to our home away from home. We even spent one day watching movies, playing board games and even had a family ping pong tournament. This was our first experience with a VRBO property and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

Communication and thoughtfulness was great. Accommodations were comfortable with some brand new living room furniture as well. All the “extras” that lit the guest first are a rare find. Thanks so much for a great adventure base in Colorado!!!

Great trip and great accommodations! Condo is nestled at the top of the hill in a woodsy setting. Condo has everything you could need and then some. Loved the snack cabinet, stocked medicine cabinet, sledding equipment, cooking/baking necessities, and lots of games. The added bonus is all the trails right out the back door! Bear spray and snow shoes along with a back pack provided. The condo is 15-20 min away from ski resorts. 10 min to Target. We ate at the Sauce on the blue, it was delicious. We snowmobiled through Nova Guides. Highly recommended them. Property manager went above and beyond to help with any questions and any needs.
