"This was my first time staying at this hotel. When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk said the key controls the lights. I looked at him puzzled like what are you talking about and he said you gotta put your key in in order to turn on the light. That was not clear direction. I said I don’t know what you mean and he said - well. You gotta put it in the holder so when I got to the room, I finally understood, but it was not clear direction and he seemed annoyed. Then every time I entered the hotel there were some lady on her cell phone on speaker talking to somebody, that I felt uncomfortable to even ask for more soap. I don’t know the staff seemed very uninterested in making you feel like a welcomed guest and didn’t want to be bothered if you had questions about the key/light situation or soap. "

"Pool was the best part heater was excellent could use some lounge chairs around the pool, house was very clean when we arrived ! But no mirrors in the bathroom, beds were not very comfortable, chairs at the dinning table are too short for the high top table. Need an end table by the couch. A few rugs would warm up the cold floors. Kitchen was not stocked very well or a 6 week stay "

"Although listed as “apartment” it’s a converted garage. Despite that, the area was well decorated and clean. I didn’t hear any other noise from the others in the house (very quiet). It looked just like the pictures. The AC unit works very well. The host was very communicative and check in/check out was very easy. The only issue I came across was the water temperature only had one setting (warm). "
