Equipped with a stereo and a flat-screen TV, the lounge effortlessly flows onto a deck complete with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture, ideal for delightful alfresco meals. From here, you can overlook the securely enclosed backyard, allowing you to supervise your children's playtime. The well-appointed kitchen offers modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, microwave, and gas cooking facilities. Enjoy the comfort of ceiling fans in both the primary living area and master bedroom, which also features a television and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining space are thoughtfully equipped with hobo electric heating.
