"We had a nice stay. Our room faced the runway, as the airport is right behind the hotel. It wasn’t a problem, we heard very little noise."

"Absolutely amazing! We stayed at the Prince Arthur from July 25th to July 30th. When we arrived and checked in all was great got to our room and unfortunately neither of our two air conditioners was working. Called the front desk and like 15 minutes later Maintenance was there and managed to fix one one of the air conditioners but called for a replacement of the second. We then left the room to go for dinner when we got back the AC unit was replaced. All seemed well until I discovered the AC unit was leaking water all over the carpet. I put the garbage can under the AC unit to catch the water and called the front desk. By this time it was after 10PM. We stayed the night in the room. The next morning Maintenance came to our room at 8:45AM assessed the situation then called down. I received a call from the front desk to ask if we would be willing to move to the room across the hall that would give us a lake side view. We agreed to the move got the key the Maintenance staff went above and beyond and helped us move to the new room. So impressed. Great hotel! Highly recommend when visiting Thunder Bay."

"This was the best vacation rental we have had in the TBay area. Being so close to the General Store was a fantastic bonus! It was so well equipped (incl. good sharp kitchen knives!!) - there was everything you can think of including an iron and ironing board to press our wedding guest attire. We would most definitely stay again!"

"One of the best things about this place is that it was designed with the expectation that you would be making meals. They had everything one would need to make an amazing meal, which is important for a place that can sleep 10. The kitchen table was huge, allowing my large family reunion to sit around and chat/play cards. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor space, allowed one to be outside and in a private courtyard setting. If you are traveling with young children there is a large park adjacent to the lot with several playgrounds and a water park. If you are a runner/walker there are so many trails nearby. It was less than 800 meters down a walking path to groceries and other amenities. Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely book with you again for our next family reunion in Thunder Bay."

"Rental was spotless and had lots and lots of space for all us and all the amenities we needed and more. Loved the BBQ, Blackstone grill, kayaks, SUPs and the outdoor gas fire with the outdoor furniture for cool nights. Host was also very responsive to all our questions. Would love to come back!"
