Beautiful property but not an airport property. No shuttle service even though it was advertised as we were to take a fixed fee taxi which the hotel staff did work on our behalf to lower the high costs for the taxi. This is a convention hotel and should be advertised as one. Little or no English spoken though previous feedback stated there was. No front desk people nor procedures for telephone and door codes available. It proved awkward for us.

Nice combination of modern and colonial. Excellent staff , quiet beautiful grounds in kind of an inconvenient location to restaurants or shopping if your walking. This is my third time staying here and I will return. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is pretty good except breakfasts which are surprisingly commercial and not so good.

Bad service , no hot water no solution
We stayed only for one night, we arrived in the afternoon and had to leave the hotel as we had work to do. We came back late in the evening wanting to have a nice shower and a good night sleep. There was no hot water, we reported it in person as the phone in the room was not working either. We had to report it three times as the first one we got the typical reply of ‘there’s nothing wrong, you just need to leave it running’ (which we had done so and we did say); second time we reported it (in person again!) they said they were going to check (which meant they didn’t check it the first time), and said that we needed to have a shower with not hot water coz it wasn’t going to get hot but maybe warm. The third time we reported it (in person) the guy said that the plumber said that there was a fault in the pipes and that we were not going to have hot water at all as they were not going to fix it for us. There was no solution, no apologies, no compensation. NOTHING.

A hidden gem! Truly exquisite property. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The service was amazing. The hacienda was beautiful and so well kept with a modern update. I loved it. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Guanajuato.

Gorgeous hotel- a real gem- delicious food and beautiful grounds-but confusingly located in an industrail park?! That didn't bother us as we were jus thtere for a day. If I had a conference to book near there, I would do it in heartbeat as opposed to some boring palce!

Late arrival, 1am. Zero English at the front desk, but the front desk did talk to the kitchen and got us sandwiches after the kitchen was already "closed". My hero for that much. Beautiful space. Immaculately clean. Every time your phone falls asleep you have to reenter the wifi password which is pretty annoying.

It is a beautiful Hacienda with great surroundings. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a bad experience after that. At hotel restaurant we stood at door for over 5 min waiting to be seated. employee looked at us got up went to kitchen and never came back to greet us. We left after this was the second interaction like this at restaurant. They have several dogs on the property that spent all night barking and it was impossible to sleep. The windows are old style hacienda windows that add to the charm but don’t help keep the noise out, our room was flooding with the rain because the windows don’t keep the water out.The room is cleaned with a material that you can smell all night. Front desk is friendly but untrained, asked about setting up safe in room and they had no idea. The person who showed us to our room didn’t bother to offer to help carry our luggage. I wished that We could of had a better experience.

El hotel está precioso y muy cómodo. El servicio y el desayuno excelentes. El lugar está muy bien cuidado. Lo que no nos gustó es que el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación no servía, avisamos y nunca atendieron la petición. Se tiró mucha agua y se mojó todo el cuarto incluso algunas de nuestras pertenencias.

Me encantarons sus habitaciones, su establecimiento , la atencion del personal atento y todo muy limpio. Solo que cuando llegue me dejaron esperando por cuestiones de limpieza y que mi habitacion aun no estaba lista pero eso no influyo en que me la pasara muy bien y comoda.

El lugar es muy bonito, la gente que trabaja es 0 profesional, desconocen de trato al cliente y operación del hotel, hay personal que es muy amable pero no tienen los medios necesarios para atenderte. El servicio de transporte es nulo. Cualquier taxi tarda al menos 30 minutos en llegar. El hotel está medio escondió y no tiene señalamientos para llegar, después de las 10 pm olvídate de poder encontrar un bote con agua por que no hay servicio de cocina, ningún establecimiento tiene entrega a domicilio a este hotel. Anterior ya había escrito una reseña esta fue la segunda vez que me quedo pensando en que las cosas ya serian diferente desafortunadamente no fue así. Definitivo ni me volvería hasta saber que las cosas han cambiado.

Gran hotel de infraestructura, Los servicios del hotel son pésimos no tienen room servicio, el transporte es muy difícil de conseguir, tarda más de 30 minutos en llegar. Después de las 10 pm imposible conseguir algo de comida o ya mínimo un vaso con agua. Cuando fui el teléfono de habitaciones no servía y no había servicio de gas para que hicieran de desayunar. Sin duda si mejoraran el servicio le pondría 5 estrellas, deja mucho que desear la administración. Definitivamente los servicios arruinan toda la experiencia. Espero mejoren por el bien del hotel.

Buenas instalaciones mal servicio.
El hotel está en excelentes condiciones tanto de habitación, alberca, áreas comunes. La atención de la recepcionista deja mucho que desear. La atención de la mayoría de los meseros también es de regular a mala. De mala gana y muy lentos. Solamente Ricardo nos atendió muy bien. Algunos tienen la intención de hacerlo bien pero les falta vocación y capacitación en sus puestos. Importante entender que en un hotel de descanso, el servicio y atención debe ser excelente.

Lo que más me gustó del lugar fueron las instalaciones y la modernidad del estilo de la hacienda, la piscina con la temperatura perfecta & la amplitud de la habitación. Lo que no me agradó mucho es que desde que llegamos la recepcionista tardó en buscar la reservación, incluso me dijo en tono sarcástico que estabamos en La hacienda Santa Fé, cómo haciéndome pensar que estaba equivocada de lugar, no fue agradable, y bueno la comida riquísima , solo que el personal no estuvo mucho al pendiente de nosotros, a pesar de que no habían muchos huéspedes.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para un fin de semana de escapada o incluso para llevar niños. Lindas instalaciones, la alberca muy bien cuidada. La comida es buena y la limpieza también, pero el Servicio es lento ya que le falta personal aun cuando son muy amables.
