Die Gegend ist schön, auch wenn das Haus in der zweiten Reihe Sicht auf die unmittelbar davor liegende Halle hat. Lindau ist nah, es geht stark bergab (der Name in Richtung Stadt „Bösenreutiner Steig“ ist ernst gemeint). Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, durchdacht und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen oder auch mittellangen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, und das Badezimmer ist einfach fantastisch. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt eine weitläufige Wiese – perfekt zum Entspannen.
