Hotel is a little tired and need modernising with a refurb, but for the price I think it was a reasonable stay for one night, very close to the town centre, free parking and use of a swimming pool is a bonus.

As a property with the name "Hilton" associated with it, I had higher expectations. First the good: tons and tons of amenities. Different types of saunas, an indoor pool, and massage services. Cleanliness was as it should be, and the breakfast was wonderful. However, that's where the good ends. The gift shop was not open the entire time we were there. The massage service was 'not available' when we inquired (the girl could have told us WHEN it would be available, as this would have been a very welcome service given that we had just climbed Poenari Fortress the day before). The door on the cabinet enclosing the fridge was lopsided and about to almost break off. The toilet seat/lid was too small for the bowl. The gentleman at the desk reeked of alcohol. And, while I realize this has nothing to do with the hotel, our stay in Sighisoara was marred by what felt like a shake down by local police over a parking situation.

Thank you for such a lovely and welcoming stay. We felt really looked after and the centre was very close by. We didn't have breakfast but the parking was very convenient. The staff did their best to assist with any questions that we had. The room was clean and perfect for the needs of our stay. We used the pool and steam room too. Unfortunately, there was no hot tub available or the usual cookies but thank you and we would definitely stay again.

The check in was smooth and the front desk specialist was very helpful. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the citadel and we had plenty of dining options around to choose from. Great value for money given the positioning and hotel amenities.

We had a great time at the property. The staff from the reception from the cleaning staff were really nice and very hospitable. We also had the welcome cookie which was still warm and delicious. The property is very accessible to the old town area and just a few meters walk from good restaurants.

Excellent stay. The bed was the most comfortable we have had on our trip and we both had the best nights sleep yet. Room was well laid out and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was superb and well worth paying extra for.

You can’t beat this hotel for a quality stay and price. The staff are friendly with a nice breakfast in the morning and good quality restaurant for an evening meal. The facilities are fantastic with a nice swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near the old citadel. I especially appreciated the spa area, which includes a sauna and steam room—both complimentary with your stay. The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. My only minor complaint would be the TV channel selection; it would be nice to have Digi channels available for watching the games. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

A particularly helpful and welcoming staff was an immediate plus. The hotel is located in the lower new town but it is very close to the steps up which one climbs to get to the Old Town in the Citadel. The hotel has a pool.

Stay closer in the old town centre.

The hotel is located right beside the busy highway coming into the city. The room was super hot - 26C and the controls to turn the temperature lower were not working. The breakfast was dismal: limited selection, awful coffee and the lights weren’t turned on!

The location is the best , Sighisoara is an amazing cittadelle! The hotel itself is already overdue for a capital renovation, the water is pouring from beneath the bathtub , many things not functioning in the bathroom etc. This hotel has nothing in common with the “by Hilton” trade mark!! I am staying at many hotels around Europe so I can really appreciate, the staff is amazing they try to compensate by kindness the lack of infrastructure of the old hotel.
