"Great Stay! Only recommendation: The Trash Bin on the East side of property where I parked was filthy around the Bin fencing area. Was told it was not Sparks, but I had to park there and seeing the mess reflected on the hotel property cleanliness."

"The rooms were very spacious, very clean, and in the event you needed to use appliances, they are upgraded Wolf appliances. Very quiet within the room. Facility was very secure. You need a key card to basically access anywhere to include coming on and off the beach. Highly recommend staying here."

"Our stay at Mermaid Mansion was just what the doctor ordered. So clean and relaxing, beautifully beach theme decorated, nice private area out back and appointed with everything you need. Most appreciated all the beach essentials which made the short trip to the beach less cumbersome task. The beach was incredible with its powdery sand. Loved taking the trolly to the Village and enjoyed seeing the island. I would love to come back for a longer stay to be able to experience all things we couldn't in such a short trip.
