You really don't have to bring anything extra and the places are beautifully decorated with lots of great amenities. We loved being a block from the beach and the trolley could be flagged down right outside the house. The rental company, Cottages on the Key were excellent. The beach was an easy walk and we were out there every day by noon. Our younger kids swam in the pools every morning and evening, and the teenagers spent some of their afternoons there. We rented both units which gave us more than enough room for separate family time with the ability for the kids to go back and forth to spend a lot of “cousin time.” Pool was excellent and was used a couple of times every day. Location was perfect for us to get to the beaches. Our favorite was Turtle Beach. Convenient to get on the Trolley. Communication with the staff was excellent and communication center was easy to use and informative. We loved every minute of it. ##### Susan S. It was so nice that they had bikes, beach chairs, beach towels etc. The canopy was missing the top though, I will need to let them know. But the house was perfect for our large family. We rented both sides. The property management company was awesome and addressed our issues immediately when we reached out on the screen.
