The Space: This modern masterpiece on Siesta Key is the definition of a luxury vacation home and the outdoor spaces are a vacationer's dream! It's a vibe, from the expansive and fully functional rooftop outdoor living space to the heated saltwater pool and spa, featuring an oversized sun shelf and waterslide, and the nearby covered patio featuring a BBQ grill, dining, soft seating, 3 TVs, a billiards table, and carefully integrated landscaping beds to soften and add texture to the space. Adjacent is the turfed lawn, with ping pong, badminton, corn hole boards, and an array of chase lounge chairs, all of which are nestled amongst lush native landscaping! This home was carefully designed, just for you! Once inside this 4,500 square foot home, you'll enjoy the modern aesthetics and the spacious floor plan. The great room is incredible - it includes a chef's kitchen, amply sized living room, well-appointed dining area, and direct access to the main balcony with additional dining and seating. This home also has a club room or second living area, set up as a theater room with tiered movie seating, a wet bar with beverage fridge and seating, and access to a private balcony. There are 5 Bedrooms (all with en suite baths and balcony access) that comfortably sleep 16 people in beds; and 7 Baths (5 Full/2-Half Baths). Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on this level, both feature a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to a shared terrace. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor): Features a theater room with tiered movie seating for 7 persons, gaming consoles - Nintendo and PS4, a wet bar (seating for 2) with beverage fridge, and a half bath. There is a charming terrace directly off this theater room.
