Sunrise Cove 201: Waterfront Condo on Siesta Key with Heated Lap Pool

This light, bright and cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the second floor in the first building has wide bay views of Little Sarasota Bay from the lanai, living area and primary bedroom. The Primary bedroom has two queen beds with a large bathroom and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, with a guest bathroom right outside the bedroom, with a walk in shower. The lanai has a glass slider to separate from the living area if you wish. The living area offers a desk for work while enjoying the view. The kitchen has a dishwasher and ice maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker. You can start your day with a stroll on the beach, picking up seashells as it is a short walk to Turtle Beach, directly across the street. This condo has everything you need, to the fully equipped kitchen, to the beach chairs and beach towels. Relax in the comfort of the living room with the large screen smart TV or use the free wi-fi, as well as number of activities to keep you busy while you are here; from relaxing at the pool, to playing tennis or a competitive game of pool, to reading a book from our library. Plus, don’t forget fishing, kayaking or boating on the Bay.

While there is dining right next door if you do not feeling like cooking, there is the Siesta Breeze Trolley that will take you up and down Siesta Key and will make any stop along the way. Just hop on and hop off at your favorite restaurant or shop. We look forward to having you as our guest.

At Sunrise Cove on Siesta Key we have taken great care to ensure that each unit is fully furnished to create a home away from home that will ensure the best stay possible. Aside from the unit coming fully furnished the following items are left in the unit at check-in:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Early Cancellation: The Advance Payment, less the non- refundable Administrative Fee of $100 and the non-refundable Booking Fee of 5% of the Rent and less all applicable State and County taxes associated, shall be refunded, if written notice of cancellation of the reservation under this Occupancy Agreement is received by the Agent at least ninety (90) days before the arrival date appearing on the attached reservation form. Agent also reserves the right to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the arrival date by providing written notice of cancellation to the Guest in which event the Advance Payment shall be refunded in full including the Administrative Fee and the Booking Fee. If a Guest provides written notice of cancellation of the reservation under this Occupancy Agreement for any reason after ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date appearing on the attached reservation form and before sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, Guest would be entitled to a refund of any amount paid, less the total Advance Payment amount.

2. Late Cancellation: If Guest provides written notice of cancellation of the reservation under this Occupancy Agreement for any reason sixty (60) days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the Guest is not entitled to any refund of the total amount paid. The same applies if the Guest arrives after the scheduled arrival date and/or if your time in the Unit is interrupted for any reason and you leave earlier than your scheduled departure date. Provided however, in the event Agent is able to rent the Unit to another guest for the entire rental period at the same rental fee and cost specified in this Occupancy Agreement, the payments paid by Guest, shall be refunded in full less the non-refundable Administrative Fee and the non-refundable Booking Fee. In the event the Unit is only rented for part of the rental period, a prorated refund will be made based on the portion of the canceled occupancy period that was paid for by another guest. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE GUEST OBTAIN TRAVEL INSURANCE WHEN THE RESERVATION IS MADE IN THE EVENT THAT YOU MUST CANCEL.

3. VRBO Booking Fee: VRBO charges an 8%-12% Booking fee at the time of booking through their platform that is non-refundable. Please take note of the fee applied by them at booking in the event of cancellation.
