The apartment has only one entrance and one window, which overlooks the alley and the hvac equipment, but seemed big enough to escape from in an emergency. We basically used the apartment only as an extra bedroom because other family had rented a sweet place nearby with amenities like a porch and pool. The Welcome Guestbook mentions a dishwasher and washing machine, but this apartment does not have those. It is, however, very walkable to the beach. ##### Lisa P. Otherwise a good place to stay for a short stay. Didn’t like that we have to pay for laundry and difficult to try to check out and set up laundry beforehand. Otherwise good.
