The walk to the private beach was so easy and the beach equipment included in the rental made it that much easier. The only downside was that there was a lot of construction happening so getting in and out was a pain sometimes as the trucks weren't exactly considerate of where they parked. We had very clear instructions regarding check-in, location of property, beach access, and check-out. Everything was as listed. The private beach is just a short walk. Parking spots were clearly marked. There was good bedding and enough bath and beach towels. There were even beach toys and a small cooler for our use as well as beach chairs and a wagon if we wanted.
