Sometimes it is just calmer to look the other way! Across the street from the busy beach and on the intercostal. Peaceful watching the boats go by without the business of the beach. Nice pool with lawn space.

Unit was clean but definitely is in need of some TLC. Only 1 chair was provided for the patio even though the listing pictures show 2\. Inquired about getting another and was told the unit only came with one. With the documents that had to be signed we were expecting some beach items, chairs, etc. None were provided. Location is good. Pool area is definitely where the concentration of the property is. Clean and nice area to sit and watch boat traffic, grill, etc. Laundry room and pool bathrooms were not in service.
