The duplex was super clean in a great location. Very short walk to the beach. The pool was small but perfect for my two kids and my niece. I called management to clean the pool because of the rain it had too many leaves, I left to the beach thinking they would come the next morning, to my surprise management called their pool company and they came with in the hour and came two more times early in the morning making sure the pool was clean. We asked for a late checkout, they granted without a problem. Guests are requested to wash and fold towels and wash a load of sheets to assist housekeeping. This is not a lot of effort given that there is a stackable washer/dryer in each unit. However, it is unnerving to think that the cleanliness of your sheets and towels depends on the cooperation of the precious guest. Why not use a linen service? The unit is located about 1.5 blocks from the public access beach. We could have rented two smaller units closer to the beach for what we paid for this one. ##### Mike G.
