Heated pool with plenty of lounging chairs, large frontage on canal for fishing, a nice lift for a boat or pontoon, and a large screened in lanai with an outdoor dining table and comfortable furniture for relaxing in the evenings. The house came with 4 bikes, bike locks & helmets, 2 kayaks, life jackets, lots of comfortable beach chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrella, cooler & wagon to haul it all. Everything you need for fun in the sun. The management was great, very helpful prior to and during our stay, and connected us with great local services for fishing trips, grocery delivery, paddle board rentals & pontoon rentals. The house & kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Exactly .75 miles to beach parking made for easy walking or biking to the amazing beach.
