Location is great and right near everything. The unit itself could be better maintained with a need for more attention to accommodations. The guest shower did not have hot water. Guest bedroom fan string was broken, window broken (we wedged it shut from outside using rocks), guest TV didn't work properly, main bedroom sheets had melt/burn holes in sheets, the plates in cabinets had moldy hashbrowns or some sort of food mashed between plates and there were very few drinking cups. Could also hear a lot of noise from the unit above and outside (bc of window). Overall, the unit was in a great location and I am not one to complain or provide a bad review but the attention to details and accommodations was significantly lacking in this unit.
