Two separate units are on this property at 317 and 319 Canal Rd, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each unit is booked separately, or you can book both units for a private family vacation. We book only weekly from Saturday to Saturday. The "317 MAGNOLIA" unit on the first floor at 317 Canal Rd maintains that great 'Old Florida' flair with all of the modern-day amenities our guests expect. • Pool with spacious patio area for outdoor cooking and entertaining, including a TIKI hut • Full Size Laundry room • 2 bedroom/2 bath with king beds and sleeper sofa. For this unit it was just 4 of us. While the unit is a bit outdated, you can’t beat the location. Proximity to the village was important to us plus a pool. The pool area is amazing with plenty of seating and loungers. Some of the lighting was not working but that wasn’t a huge impact on the pool area. There were also plenty of beach chairs and beach items in the outdoor closets. We stayed a week and it was great family time. Jane, the property manager was very responsive. ##### Monica L.
