Second Floor Townhouse, steps to access unit, no elevator. This luxurious Lake House townhome directly adjacent to America's famed #1 beach - Siesta Beach, offers a spacious bi-level layout that includes separate dining and living rooms with Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware and a suite of stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, glass top range, refrigerator and built-in microwave. The laundry includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Condo was setup very nice. The biggest problem I had was the bed. The mattress is worn out and killed my back and my wife woke up every morning with her back hurting.
