As a family of 5, it was the perfect distance to every thing. Far enough away from the noise, but close enough to be an easy walk with the family. The shower had great water pressure they supplied towels and wash clothes. The living room furniture was all comfortable and welcoming. There is a washer dryer on site (coin operated). The owner Gray was very easy to get a hold of and very fast in responding if we had any questions. We felt very safe in the location we was at. We would recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely stay again when we come back! Gary’s property was exactly the right fit. It is close enough to walk to the Village and beach access and still secluded enough to enjoy some quiet by the pool. With the free transportation from Frog Hopper or Jonnies Original Free Transportation or the Village Breeze on the Key, you rarely need your car unless you’re going off the key for some reason. Gary is a great host and the property is as advertised and the recent renovations are apparent. He was easy to get a hold of and he was attentive to any questions we had. The pool is a bit dated but i wouldn’t let that stop you from staying here. It’s clean, safe, and relaxing. The storage shed had beach chairs, a beach cart ( helpful if you plan to use the county beach), a small umbrella and a 10x10 pop up tent. You’ll still need sunscreen!
