Recently updated with a brand-new kitchen, this condo features all-new Samsung stainless steel appliances, soft-close white shaker cabinets with dovetail construction, quartz countertops, new disposal, and a new sink/faucet. A large pantry cabinet provides ample storage, offering plenty of space for all your needs.  
  
Designed with a fresh coastal theme, this unit was completely remodeled in 2025 and includes a new white Queen Murphy bed system, porcelain tile flooring throughout, fresh paint, new baseboards, new curtains, a new dinette set, a brand-new A/C, and a new water heater.  
  
The bathroom offers a spa-like feel with a walk-in shower featuring bench seating, floor-to-ceiling tile, and a sleek frameless glass shower door.  
  
Step outside to enjoy the private lanai, complete with new landscaping and a Polywood dining set with four chairs and an umbrella—perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.  
  
This condo is ideally located in the garden/pool area of our beautifully landscaped property and is just a short walk to the beach—one of the closest studio units in the complex. For a better perspective, please refer to the site map on our website.  
  
Enjoy a stroll along Siesta Key’s #1-rated beach, then unwind at any of the three heated pools, gather with friends at the community patio with BBQ and shuffleboard, or head to the beachside BBQ area to enjoy a spectacular sunset.  
  
Rental Policy: This unit has a 7-night minimum, Saturday-to-Saturday rental, though shorter stays may be available to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
