  • This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath bayside villa is just steps from our bayside park. One of the few units with a screened lanai where you can enjoy a view of the bay! There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest room. The unit is also equipped with Internet access, a washer/dryer and an updated, timeless kitchen.

    Maximum occupancy - 4

    Attached carport provides covered parking.


    You are only steps to the Horizons West Bayside Park where you can relax and watch the boats sail by, or toss a line into the Bay; see if you can catch dinner!!

    Cross the street and you have access to 2 pools, Jacuzzi, and a beautiful white sand beach!

    The complex is located near shopping and many local eateries! The Siesta Key Trolley provides free transportation from one end of the key to the other.

Great place, wonderful time, confusing check in.

+We couldn’t have been happier with our lovely little bungalow. It was clean and comfortable and well appointed. View of the bay was peaceful and there seemed to be a neighborhood “pet” crane. -We were still trying to get check in instructions from the property manager the day we were to arrive. Right before our flight was to take off, we finally received a call back giving us the information and the code. We were told we should have received a “packet ” from them, but he mentioned it may not have arrived yet in the mail. Sure enough, it was in the mail when we got back home. Great place, great time
