NEWLY REFURBISHED 2 BR, 1.5 BA !! New floors, paint, furniture, decor & appliances in 2012. This light and bright ground floor condo is the closest Bay unit to the pool, office, laundry and beach. The newly furnished screened lanai offers views of the beautiful tropical grounds. Living room has flat screen TV, DVD. Master bedroom has king bed and flat screen TV. Guest room has twin beds and light blocking plantation shutters. Both bedrooms feature upgraded closets. Artwork throughout the condo featuring local artists, one piece specifically commissioned by owner, the view of our beach walk way. Complimentary Wi-Fi in unit. (No washer/dryer in unit.) Heated Pool, Private Tennis Court, Fitness Center, Clubhouse with Computer, Printer and Wi-Fi, Beach Attendant with complimentary use and set-up of beach loungers and umbrellas 7 days a week! Unit sleeps a maximum of no more than 4 people. Enjoy your vacation in one of the premier units at Midnight Cove!
