2BR/2.5BA townhome, multi-level (stairs) 2nd & 3rd floor unit with tranquil views overlooking our private canal. This comfy unit has a spacious living room and enclosed lanai to relax and take in the lush tropical landscape. Large Flat Screen TV in living room. Dining room has ample space for entertaining, including breakfast/bar seating. Fully equipped kitchen with TV and bathroom just off the pantry. Both bedrooms are upstairs; large master bedroom features king bed with private bath and flat screen TV. Open balcony off of the master bedroom overlooks the canal. Guest bedroom across the hall with 2 twin beds and TV. Guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. Complimentary cable and wi-fi in this unit.
