The cottage was very clean and the rooms were perfect for our family. A very close 5 minute walk to the beach was a real bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard pool area was wonderful. They had everything you could think of, lots of towels, a shed full of water floaties, bikes, the backyard was absolutely beautiful, the landscaping, the pool, outdoor shower! The backyard was a perfect little oasis just as nice as the pictures. The responsiveness of the management to a few minor issues was extremely punctual and the personal touches/extra effort on their part was well noted. Very short walk to the beach (which we responsibly only went to at 6 pm to avoid crowds), private pool etc. Easy walk to the little cluster of stores and the south bridge onto the Key.
