Designed for an easy, comfortable beach getaway, the wonderful open floor plan offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Relax on the fun gazebo front porch, or settle into the large screened-in back porch overlooking the heated pool—an inviting extension of the living space with bar seating around the kitchen nook, a dining table, and a cozy sitting area. The master suite features its own screened-in porch with direct access to the pool. On the first floor, enjoy the convenience of a mudroom with washer and dryer, a changing area, and a shower to rinse off after a day at the #1 Beach. Upstairs, the loft includes 2 bedrooms plus a queen pullout by the dormer windows.
