Excellent place to stay. Newly remodeled and very clean. Had all the amenities you need. Beach chairs included, was an excellent plus. Would definitely stay here again.
The hosts were wonderful! They communicated well, had all the lights on for our late arrival, and had a welcome treat waiting for us. The house is the cleanest we’ve ever encountered and it had so many amenities we would need but not think of (coffee pot and keurig, crockpot, spices, beach towels, etc.) The beach is a block away and there are several restaurants and cafes within a few minute walk. We will definitely stay again if ever in the area again!
The cottage was cozy and quaint and had everything we needed. The management company was super helpful and communicative. The week we visited (between Xmas and New Years) was crazy busy on Siesta Key but we were blessed with beautiful weather. Grateful for a lovely trip when we all desperately needed some sun, relaxation and family fun.

Started awful, but ended okay
We didn't check in till midnight, and I ended up having to stay up, buy cleaning products, and clean till 3am before I could feel comfortable going to bed. The floors were dirty, there were long black hairs in the bed sheets and bath towels, the towel bar and some blinds were broken. The couches were stained so I put sheets on them so we could sit down. The window handle in the bathroom was stripped so the window didn't close right and we ended up getting a lizard in the tub. When my son went to take a shower before bed, the tub wouldn't drain and he was standing in water up to his shins. The tub faucet and shower head is also on its last leg. We realized the pictures were from 2016, so a few things were different. I ended up calling guest services, and maintenance was sent out the next morning to get the tub unclogged, and the shower head working the best he could. They offer to clean the floors and couch, but then we were concerned they would be wet and we couldn't sit. They were nice enough to drop off new towels and bed sheets which I appreciated. Shay was super nice, I was just not expecting to have to clean and buy cleaning products before I stayed when I was made to pay a cleaning fee already. They did what they could to make us comfortable, but this place is in need of some repairs. If anything, I felt I should not have been charged a cleaning fee. We made the best of it since we were on vacation.

Disliked: Check-in
Great location. Cozy. Everything you need.
Ultimately, we picked this location because our 18 month old loves to run around and it looked like we had a fence around the property. There are several openings that cannot be closed off.
Not a huge deal, but pictures were misleading. Cottage was very clean. Plenty of towels. Although, no shampoo. Washed my hair with hand soap the first night. Bathroom was tiny, 18 month old loved to climb up on the toilet seat and turn the water on in the sink. Water never did get hot in bathroom sink.
Lots of beach toys and wheeled caddy. Was very nice to have laundry. Plenty of kitchen dishes. Had pepper but no salt. One light bulb was burnt out in living room. 50 point cleaning inspection was on the counter, yet lights above counter were noticeably dusty. Never did figure out the TV but we didn’t go to the beach to watch tv, so it wasn’t an issue. Beds were fairly comfortable. Not like home but I’ve slept on way worse. Closet space was good, although, I would have preferred no closets and a bigger bathroom.
Neighbors next to us had dogs. I’ll look for a place with no dogs the next time. Dogs were friendly but I don’t want to hear them during nap time or at night.
Checking in was really frustrating. We had a late flight in, arrived after dark. The cottages are not well marked. Drove up and down the street several times, when we finally figured out where to pull in, I had to walk around with a flash light to find the numbers on the cottages. It was annoying to say the least. A map of the cottages would have been extremely helpful. Clearer markings. It was super awkward that the cottage next to us got to use the table in front of our front door. I have no idea how that even works, that’s just what our neighbors told us.
We were emailed the wrong code to the key pad. Called and no one answered. I called back on repeat until they answered. They did answer and finally got the correct code.
Received a ton of emails after booking. Emailed back asking if we could checkout late since we had an afternoon flight. Nope. No consideration. Not all the units were even rented out during our stay and we left mid week.
All in all, not a bad place. Old facilities but well maintained. It would be nicer if we were traveling with the people next to us, since we had to share so much. Thankfully, we had very sweet neighbors, they were super helpful in getting us aquatinted with the facilities. Never once saw a staff member.
As advertised. Nice, clean and great location. Communication was excellent. Quick responses. Would definitely rent again! One small negative. Fan in bathroom is very loud and needs maintenance.

Best Summer Vacation EVER!
This was definitely my favorite family vacation to date. The house had just about everything we needed, it was very clean, the management company was very professional and extremely courteous and really helped us feel like we were home. They had a booklet with all kinds of information about the house and what was nearby so it took us no time to get right down to enjoying the weekend festivities. The restaurants nearby were AMAZING!!! (The Tiki bar was definitely my favorite) The local shopping was great, too. The beach was perfect and downtown Sarasota wasn't a very long drive at all. We can't wait to come back next year!!!
