Beautiful Siesta Key

We have opened for 2025 5 Bedroom house with 5 baths. Extensively remodeled in 2014 is COMPLETE AND READY FOR YOU with new kitchen, walls, flooring, lighting, decks, HEATED POOL and sits on the beautiful canal system..pull your boat right up to house. Walk to Siesta village or the Beach. Want to drive to beach and park at beach? Owner has a secure spot for you right on beach for you...We are looking for mature clients, single families to rent our private home. We are not looking for multiple families. This is our winter home and looking for just a couple of clients each year. If your group is larger than 6 or , give us a call to discuss. Please complete the VRBO form correctly listing total guests on or visiting property during your stay.Please note there are 2 long term tenants on north side of property, but they don't have access to yard, pool or house, just a small amount of shared parking. House, pool, access to canal is all yours !

Beautiful Siesta Key home

The house is beautiful and had more than enough room for the 6 of us. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. It's so close to the beach and downtown Siesta Key, you can walk there.

Girls trip for a week, 5 of us shared house & had plenty of room! Beautiful home inside & out! Walking distance to village. Parking spot at beach was ideal. Loved pool & jacuzzi! Home Away from Home

We traveled from the UK to this lovely home where we felt at home. Ron, the host is fantastic, always available if needed to answer a question. Ron is awesome! Made sure everything was in order and we had everything we needed. Great location. Love that we had a parking spot for public beach. House was nice and clean. Master bed and bath was modern and you looked out on the canal. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great vacation in siesta key. The house was spotlessly, clean and well equipped. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was so convenient to everything. We rode our bikes most places and didn’t even have to worry about parking or using our car. any extra parking space at the beach was great too.

Perfect Siesta Key stay

Your home was the perfect place for our family gathering. Everything we needed was there. Lots of room to hang out together or spread out as needed. Nice quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to the Village or beach. The beach parking spot was a great bonus. We loved hanging out in the pool and hot tub. Can’t think of anything to ask for. Fabulous Home and Location

We had a wonderful family trip to Siesta Key. We've been coming to Siesta for many years now, but this was our first time at Ron's house and it was outstanding. The space inside space is open and the views of canal are beautiful. The kids loved fishing right out back. We hosted our cousins for Thanksgiving and plenty of room (2 ovens!). The bedrooms are spacious and accommodate older folks too. We walked to get donuts every morning and ice cream every night. Ron was easy to communicate with and so responsive. Can't wait to go back!

Awesome Place!

I rented the place for my Family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. 7 adults and a baby. House was perfectly set up with 2 king’s, 2 queens, and a room with 2 twins. They had a pack and play which helped a lot. Pool and hot tub were used daily. Very private and peaceful on a canal. Location is a short walk to restaurants, bars and beaches. They also have a parking spot at another location that gave great access to the beach. Ron was very responsive to any requests. Highly recommend!

Siesta Key Paradise Home!

We had the best stay. Ron was welcoming and very attentive to all our needs. (which weren't many as the house has really all you need). The home was perfect. Waking up to the sunrise over the canal every morning was breathtaking. The pool was a perfect refreshing way to cool off after a long day at the beach. And the parking spot he has reserved for you at the beach is AWESOME! Loved having a private place to park right next to the entrance. Lugging all the things to the beach is my least favorite thing to do and this parking spot eases that pain! We will DEFINITELY be back!
