Very clean and close to the beach. Lovely pool in the backyard. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was a nice size, the living room was very comfy. The management company was very responsive to our questions/inquiries. They couldn’t have been lovelier. The reason we are rating the property “good” vs. “excellent” is because there were a number of minor issues in the house that required maintenance. In addition, we were a bit surprised that a few amenities we’ve had at other rentals were absent. For example, there was no laundry detergent, no basic condiments like salt, pepper, coffee, tea.
