Property restoration from Hurricane Helene has been mostly completed but there may be some ongoing construction and other inconveniences depending on the period of your stay. Access to the beach is at the north end of the property at Turtle Beach. Top beachfront unit at Fisherman's Cove!! Fisherman's Cove is a very rare Siesta Key condo where every unit has direct, unobstructed, full Gulf views. The building is one of the closest condos to the Gulf on all of Siesta Key. You could throw a tennis ball into the gulf from this Siesta Key beachfront condo! Located at Turtle Beach on the island of Siesta Key off Sarasota, Florida, this vacation home has the best of both worlds - the beach in front and boat docks with access to the Intracoastal Waterway in back. Fisherman's Cove is practically surrounded by water! While not as powdery white as Crescent (Siesta) Beach, it is less crowded and great for collecting shells. NOTE: Because of minimal beach directly in front, access to the beach is at the north end of the property at Turtle Beach. This spectacular unit is on the third floor, accessible using the elevator or outside stairwell. This unit has been thoroughly updated and professionally styled, including new furniture and furnishings. It has modern tile flooring, and completely renovated kitchen and baths, making it arguably the nicest 3-bedroom unit at Fisherman's Cove. The kitchen has granite countertops with glass tile and tumbled marble backsplash, and modern appliances including refrigerator with through the door ice/water, glass top range and oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped including a range of small appliances. The dining area has seating for six and is located right off the kitchen. The living room is well appointed with couch and loveseat, accent chair, large flat panel HDTV and an amazing view out to the lanai and the Gulf. Both bathrooms are all new - recently completely renovated with modern glass tile walls and tile floors, serenity slider shower doors, all new fixtures, and more! The air-conditioned lanai has floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the beach below. Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your window! The master bedroom has a bay window overlooking the Gulf and beach below. It has a king-size bed, large HDTV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a large tiled shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Additionally, two twin self-inflating/deflating aerobeds are provided that can be placed wherever you choose. The second and third bedrooms have flat panel HDTVs, and each have a large window overlooking the bay and boat docks. These bedrooms share a full bath with tiled shower. This unit has its own dedicated high-speed broadband WIFI. This unit also comes equipped with a full size washer/dryer. Boat docks are available for guest use at no extra charge!! Bring your boat or rent one after you get here. Keep it right at the condo all week long. (Note; trailers cannot be stored on site) Fisherman's Cove is located less than 25 minutes from Sarasota airport, 90 minutes from Tampa, and two and a half hours from Orlando. Tons of great restaurants and golf courses are nearby. Fisherman's Cove is on the southern end of Siesta Key at Turtle Beach and is very quiet and un-crowded. The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets! It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the Gulf from the lanai / patio. It had everything provided to make our stay enjoyable...even down to the “little things” like very high quality chairs and coolers to take to the beach! Beds were very comfortable, washer & dryer in the unit, tv in each bedroom and one in the living room, wi-fi, all new Maytag kitchen appliances and all the kitchen furnishings that we needed were all appreciated. We spent most of our inside time on the lanai which has sliding glass doors which allowed us to have the choice of open fresh, gulf sea breezes or not. The condo was clean and nice. We appreciated a smaller group of beach goers than were at Siesta Key Beach. We found lots of shells comparable to our finds on Sanibel Island in 2018\. Riding the Trolley to Siesta Key Village was convenient and fun. Be aware of the alligator in the lagoon. While we didn't see it, we did hear it bellow on our return walk to the property one evening. ##### Susan B. It was ready early, which we appreciated since we were traveling from Ohio. The unit was very clean and the beds Very comfortable. We loved the screened in porch we played games on it daily/nightly and we made sure to close the blinds at night due to the sea turtles...which we did see one at night. The unit had a washer and dryer which was extremely convenient and they even started us off with toilet paper, paper towels laundry soap and dish soap/trashbags. We were a little hesitant at first because the beach looked a little short but after going 10 minutes down the road to siesta key public beach, which I recommend to get the feel for the white sand… We loved how close and private our beach was and the shells especially after 3 PM were awesome! Apparently the waves were a little rough the beginning of our week but towards the end water was much calmer. Of course this was to the dismay of our children who loved riding their boogie boards. The property also provided beach towels and 4 very comfortable chairs. We definitely recommend this property and will return again!… The The microwave did go out … But was replaced very quickly. My only negative which did not warrant any less stars was a whistling sound from the guest bathroom from the Air duct. Thank you for our first time in siesta key it was memorable! ##### Michaeel H.
