The condo is exactly as advertised and was perfectly clean upon arrival. Check-in was very easy and instructions were very clear. The master king bed is very comfortable; one of the best my wife and I have slept in staying at a VRBO. The kids room is nice and connects to the 2nd bathroom. Views from both bedrooms are fantastic. Our girls are 4.5 and 1.5 and the unit was perfect for them. Kitchen has everything you need for all meals. Location couldn’t be better; truly 20 steps to the beach when walking out the door of the condo. Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again! Thank you! ##### Tim D. We used the cooler provided several times. The staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful with providing chairs on the beach and any other needs. The view from the unit is spectacular! The access to the beach was so easy and close. It was nice having a pool on both sides of the property so you could have a bay view as well. Both elevators were working so we were happy about that. Keeping the temperature at 74 degrees was a little warm but we used fans that were provided. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon. ##### Kristen F. Close to village and on the beach. Great communication with property team. Only improve my was locating the key to get in as it was not at the facility. We had to pick it up in a little office area/ strip mall key box which wasn’t anywhere near the property. All in all we loved it! ##### KEN M. Everything went smoothly and the trip was lovely. The unit has everything you might need. The beach is right outside your door and just seeing the lovely beach and gulf waters from the windows just raises your spirits. This is a great complex with tennis, beach chairs, etc. Easy access to the village and restaurants and we felt so safe in the secure building and complex. I did have a few issues though. First and foremost there is only ONE working elevator. This is a huge issue when condos are full. Being on an upper floor (10 floors) there are times you have too many items to carry up the steps. The walls are also really thin. You hear everyone upstairs, downstairs, and beside you. Other than that the location and convenience are great! 24 hr security and they are extremely helpful! Beautiful property and well maintained. Very clean! ##### Courtney T. The building and condo were very nice, literally right on the beach, had available covered parking and the management staff were very friendly. We were a group of four and the views from this unit absolutely cannot be beat. They are stunning! It was very clean and had all of the things we needed in the kitchen to enjoy meals while we were there. We felt very safe in the gated property and there was plenty of parking near our unit. When we arrived, it was clean and smelled very good. The rooms were a perfect size for the beds and our suitcases and belongings. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching the beach and weather. It would be great if the porch was screened instead of glassed but we still had a great time snacking and talking there. The beach is pretty and the free loungers were great. Great view of the beach. Cannot see sunset from here. Ocean wonderful. Child loved could swim far and be able to stand in the ocean. Would recommend for families. Our group had an amazing time in Siesta Keys and would love to have stayed longer and will definitely plan a return trip. ---
