"We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. "We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vista Hermosa. Our contact, Fabiola, got in touch with us the day of our arrival and had everything arranged. The property is beautiful, overlooking both the valley of the old reservoir and the mountains to the east. It's also a great jumping off point if you want to visit the 'Pueblos Blancos' or Spain's southern coast. Highly recommended."

"This is a very unusual hotel. We had a superior twin room on the first floor with a huge balcony over a 300 ft vertical cliff. From your balcony, you have an open view of the valley below. The birds are flying below you, not above you. The hotel has a feeling of a very well-maintained old palace. The bathroom is very large. The level of services at the hotel is limited, but satisfactory. "
