Im Oktober ist der größte Ansturm an Touristen wohl vorbei, daher ganz und gar nicht überlaufen. Das hat uns prima gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet! Der Strand liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir konnten unser aufgeblasenes SUP und 2 Räder im geräumigen Keller unterstellen. Das war super !Wünschenswert wäre noch ein Dunkel-Rollo im Schlafzimmer. Die Unterkunft war freundlich und neu. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Nett war auch der Fahrradverleih und der Kontakt zum Eigentümer. Auch durfte ein Hund mit in die Unterkunft. Der Strand ist wirklich 50 Meter vor dem Haus, also eine gute Lage.Veräppelt wurden wir nur mit der Angabe über den Meerblick, deswegen nur 3 Sterne. Offensichtlich wurde das Foto bei FEWO vom Parkplatz vor dem Haus aufgenommen als die Hecke noch einen halben Meter niedriger war:-). Von der Wohnung aus ist jedenfalls kein Meerblick möglich. Das Objekt wirkt optisch von Außen eher wie eine Asylunterkunft, ist jedoch im Innenbereich sehr einladend und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Die Buchung und die Übergabe lief unproblematisch und sehr nett ab. Für Hundebesitzer ist anzumerken, dass der Hundestrand etwas weiter entfernt ist und man hierzu schon ein Kfz benötigt um diesen zu erreichen. Der Strand vor der Ferienwohnung ist für Hunde nicht erlaubt. Ebenso verhält es sich mit der Gastronomie, auch hierfür wäre ein Kfz von Vorteil. Eine kleine "Gastrobude" mit mäßigem Angebot ist zwar nur 130m entfernt, diese ist jedoch stets überlaufen und ausgebucht. Vorteilhaft ist jedoch das Eiscafe direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung selbst bietet eine praktische Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, sogar eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Fazit für uns: 2 erwachsene Personen (60 und 64J.) mit Hund Das Plus und das Minus hält sich die Waage. Wiederholungsgefahr: Ostsee ja, - diese Unterkunft eher nicht; ##### Waldemar S. Die kleine Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, für mich war der Kleiderschrank allerdings zu klein, um für 2 Wochen unsere Sachen unterzubringen, da ich nicht gerade mit leichten Gepäck Reise 😀 Am Bett hat mir eine Ablage gefehlt. Die Küche war hervorragend eingerichtet, mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler, hatten wir so noch nicht gehabt! Der Balkon war sehr schön, dadurch das er „überdacht“ ist konnte man auch draußen frühstücken, wenn es geregnet, aber warm war. Alles da, was man braucht. Der Balkon war super, weil überdacht und auch bei Regenwetter nutzbar. Nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand, der nie überfüllt war. Gute Eisdiele gleich um die Ecke. Schöne kleine aber sehr schön und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte und abschalten will kommt hier definitiv auf seine Kosten. Wer ein Bisschen unter Leute will ist in Scharbeutz besser aufgehoben als in Sierksdorf. Aber auch dort hat die Vermierterin eine Ferienwohnung. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, Vielen Dank! ##### Tim O. Die Strandnähe ist wirklich unschlagbar. Meerblick leider sehr minimal. Vor allem in den Morgenstunden durch Berufsverkehr laut. Sehr nette Übergabe und die Möglichkeit die Fahrräder unterzustellen, sehr sicher. Fahrradverleih und die Möglichkeit SUP's auszuleihen direkt um die Ecke. Die Dusche war ein positives Highlight in der Wohnung, die Heizung leuder für 2 Leute mit Dusch- und Strandhandtücher platztechnisch begrenzt. Alles in allem aber ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem schönen Heim. ##### Kerstin F. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die kleine aber super eingerichtete Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und zum Strand ist es gerade einmal eine Minute Fußweg. ##### Konrad A. Die Wohnung selbst und auch die Lage hat uns super gefallen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Wohnung ist modern und hell eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist wunderbar, von dort aus konnten wir sowohl mit unseren Fahrrädern (Fahrradkeller vorhanden) als auch dem Auto alles erreichen. ##### Carina H.
