The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.

Close to the main attractions, especially the WW2 museum. Hôtel is quite basic and a little old. Staff are very friendly. Average for price range.

Gym was reserved and not available for use during my stay, an email advising of this private reservation would have been appreciated, I would have scheduled my time for the gym at another time.
I did not realize that there aren't any TV in the rooms.
No idea what time my breakfast arrives, it is placed outside of my door and found whenever I decide to open my door. Would be good to know when the food arrives so it can be eaten while still hot/warm and fresh.
Bed and bedding was very comfortable.

"Die Kommunikation lief problemlos, auch nach unserer Verspätung. Wir hatten den Zeitbedarf für die "kleinen" Landstraßen unterschätzt. Das Haus ist toll, hat alles, vor allem viel Platz, was wir sehr genossen haben. Das nahe Sierakowice bietet für ein größeres Dorf (ca. 7500 Ew.) sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. ..."
